The Quick Lube Service team is looking for an experienced, motivated Quick Lube Technician. The Quick Lube Technician team is responsible for providing excellent customer care by thoroughly performing preventive maintenance checks in accordance with factory and dealership guidelines.

Quick Lube Technician Responsibilities:

• The Quick Lube Technician assists the supervisor of the Quick Lube team in performing general vehicle maintenance.
• The Quick Lube Technician performs oil changes, tire rotations, and replacing filters.
• The Quick Lube Technician performs general shop maintenance as needed.
• The Quick Lube Technician must be coach able and trainable.
• The Quick Lube Technician must have proven automotive mechanical abilities.
• The Quick Lube Technician displays a strong work ethic and a positive, energetic, and team oriented approach.
• The Quick Lube Technician must be able to meet deadlines with accuracy.
• The Quick Lube Technician displays personal initiative and a customer oriented approach.
• Must be able to commit 40-45 hours work week.

Other Qualifications:

High school diploma minimum. 1+ years automotive mechanical experience.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position, offering competitive hourly pay, benefits and paid training. Monday- Friday.

• Proficiency and utilization of our Customer Relationship Management software.
• Develop and achieve goals, analyze actions, reflect and strive to improve oneself daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.

Qualifications of Automotive Sales Representative:

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you must have and engaging and high-energy personality, and the ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers. You must also have a strong work ethic work well as part of a team and take pride in your work.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior automotive or demonstrated outside sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
